Description

L.E.A.D. (Launch, Expose, Advise, Direct) is a youth development organization whose mission is to use baseball to help low income, at risk, inner city youth access college via athletic scholarship. To date, 83% of our Ambassador student-athletes (program graduates) have received college baseballs scholarship opportunities, we have a 100% college admissions rate and have logged thousands of community service hours through our monthly Service Saturday projects.

Our three programs - L.E.A.D.'s Middle School Baseball Development League, The Legacy League and The Ambassador Program - are designed to develop our young men not only as athletes, but also as citizens. Focusing on excellence in athletics, academics, community service/civic engagement and exposure, our programming allows our young men to see that their contributions in the classroom and community are just as important as their contributions on the baseball diamond.

Legacy League Instructional games are interesting and exciting to watch. This instructional play format is a L.E.A.D. signature player development tool. During these games, L.E.A.D. Coaches can manipulate the game in order to assess players' understanding and execution of the previous weeks' curriculum.
